President Couey conducted roll call. Secretary Iverson and Conductor Franchesce were absent and excused.
The cook’s did a great job as usual with the steaks. Great Job
The steak dinner was served.
Great job to everyone that assisted in the dinner service.
Guest speaker Meg Ross (First Responder Hope Line) gave a presentation. Cards and brochures are at the lodge.
50/50 was held with $52.00 to the winner.
Door prizes were given out.
It was great to see new members and families showing up.
The closing prayer was at 1830 hours.

After many discussions, the cost for guest members was raised to $15.00 effective April 8, 2025.
The steak dinner was served.

Great job by the cooks, excellent cook on the steaks.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – December 10, 2024

President Couey did not hold a general session due to the holiday dinner. Dinner was served at 1815 hours.
Dinner was prime rib or stuffed chicken with vegetables and dessert.
It was strongly suggested to RSVP with Rebecca as to how many people in your party was going to attend.
Up until 2 hours before the dinner, members were calling to see what was being served or they were planning on attending. These members or guest were allowed to show up at the bar to see if anyone did not show up. Some of the members gave up their dinner so those without a dinner could eat. A total of 107 dinners were served.
50/50 was held with $125.00 to the winner.
Tony Santos won the $200.00 prize.
Chef Bill did an excellent job on the holiday dinner.
It was great to see new members and family showing up.
The closing prayer was at 1840 hours.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – November 12, 2024

President Couey called the meeting to order.
Roll call of Officers: Vice President Todevine, Secretary Iverson, Conductor Francesce and Inner Guard Bryan were absent and excused.
President Couey informed the members present of the recent sick and distressed.
The lodge only had minor damage from Milton, but it was almost $10,000 to remove the damaged trees on the property. I got the best deal I could get. We can not be reimbursed from FEMA for the monies spent on the property clean up. We could not make an insurance claim so we just had to eat the cost.
50/50 was held with $53.00 to the winner.
Chef Bill did an excellent job on the holiday dinner.
Door prizes were given out.
It was great to see new members and family showing up.
If you are planning to attend the December meeting and dinner, you need to RSVP to Rebecca Iverson as soon as you can. We are not just going to waste money on the special dinner, so we need an accurate count. Rebecca can be reached at [email protected].
